Implementation

The implementation process begins when you agree to provide the program for your employees. As a first step, you will be asked to complete an acceptance form authorizing the proposed plan for your employees. Once approved, we will assist you in designing an employee announcement letter introducing this new and valuable benefit to your employees and announcing the enrollment times.

Enrollment

The enrollments are conducted in a thoroughly professional manner and reflect your company's concern for your employee's welfare.

Our objectives for every enrollment are:

  • communicate and/or enroll your current core benefit package (if requested)
  • to make sure all employees are aware of the new program and it's benefits
  • to answer all employees questions promptly and thoroughly
  • to give all eligible employees the opportunity to choose the appropriate benefit coverages for each individual's situation.
  • to minimize any disruption in your company's work flow.

The confidential presentation we offer each employee is the primary means by which we accomplish the first four objectives. The confidential presentation is to assure that each employee understands the insurance coverages offered. For many of your employees, this meeting will be a chance to discuss their individual and family life and health insurance needs.

To meet our fifth objective, to minimize disruption, we will work with personnel you designate, to establish a convenient schedule for enrollment activities.

We supply a variety of material to generate employee interest and provide important information. Items available include announcement letters, posters, payroll stuffers, articles for employee publications, audio-visual presentations and brochures. We will help formulate an employee communication plan incorporating informative material.
